Heather Colquhoun is an experienced trainer, facilitator and mediator specializing in helping organizations reach peak performance through conflict management, diversity awareness and teambuilding. Heather brings an enthusiastic, positive approach to her work to build on participants’ existing skills.
Heather’s experience includes developing and delivering training in the corporate, non-profit, public school and post-secondary school settings, as well as, facilitating interpersonal and multi-party conflicts. She works with individuals and organizations during career transitions providing coaching and training on various aspects of the transition process.
Heather is a member of the Canadian Society for Training & Development, Conflict Resolution Network Canada and Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation’s Speaker’s Bureau. She is a certified trainer in True Colors® and Personality DimensionsTM. Since 1997, Heather has conducted seminars focused primarily on teambuilding, conflict management and diversity.
